The Brain of Morbius: The Time Lords have taken control of TARDIS, sending the Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith into dangerous territory. On the graveyard planet of Karn, the eternal Sisterhood fights to keep the sacred flame alive. High in the castle, the brilliant surgeon Mehendri Solon conducts gruesome experiments of living flesh. And as a storm approaches, an evil from the depths of Time Lord history plots its return to the land of the living. But is even the Doctor's mind a match for the Brain of Morbius?

The Masque of Mandragora: The Doctor and Sarah Jane return for a visit to Earth, only to discover that a wave of evil Mandragora energy has hitched a ride on the TARDIS and is now being used to plunge mankind back into the dark age. They have to thwart not only the murderous count, but also prevent the mad monk Heironymous and the Cult of Demnos from unleashing the Mandragora Helix on mankind.

The Hand of Fear: A freak accident traps the Doctor's companion Sarah Jane under tons of rock. After a miraculous survival, she is found frantically clinging to a large stone hand, and the Doctor senses a sinister power at work.

The Face of Evil: When the TARDIS arrives on a jungle planet, the Doctor encounters two warring tribes, the Sevateem and the Tesh. The Sevateem worship a god called Xoanon and the Tesh are supposedly keeping Xoanon prisoner. But why do the Sevateem call the Doctor the Evil One? And what are the invisible creatures in the jungle? The Time Lord, with the help of a girl called Leela, is about to find out.

The Robots of Death: The TARDIS, carrying the Doctor and his new companion Leela, arrives aboard a huge sandminer on a deserted world. The small human crew relies almost entirely on robots to carry out their every task and whim while they mine the planet's rich minerals. Suddenly, one by one, members of the team start to disappear. The time travelers discover that someone or something is murdering the crew--but, of course, nobody believes it could be the robots.
