Three years after the release of Pretty. Odd., Las Vegas pop-rock group Panic at the Disco returns with their third studio album. The album features the single The Ballad of Mona Lisa. Panic saw a major shift in their lineup, from four in the group to two: singer/multi-instrumentalist Brendon Urie and drummer Spencer Smith.
